1,000 Pushups every day

1,500 Situps

1,250 pull-ups ( If you don't have a pull-up bar, just find a branch and continue)

Bench Press 2 500 hundred pound weights 500 hundred time

Diet

If you cheat on your diet, I will find you and make you do it. Got it?
No carbs, no trans fat, and only 10 grams of sugar a day
